Terms of Use

These terms govern purchases from rutulotoxaisthsa.com. Contact: hello@rutulotoxaisthsa.com.

1. Orders

An order is accepted after valid information is provided and payment is confirmed. Prices are listed in PLN and include applicable taxes.

2. Personalization

Check all personalization content before confirmation. Products made to an individual specification may be exempt from the standard right of return where permitted by law.

3. Fulfillment Time

Standard products are prepared within the timeframe shown during checkout. Personalization may require additional time, which will be disclosed before payment.

4. Delivery

The cost, method, and estimated delivery date are shown before an order is placed. Tracking details are provided after dispatch when available.

5. Returns

Non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days if they are complete and show no use beyond reasonable inspection.

6. Damage

Report delivery damage as soon as reasonably possible. Include the order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

7. Complaints
